Transfer contacts from 9210 to 9110

Does anybody have an idea about how to transfer contacts from 9210i to 9110i?

From 9210 export as text file
from 9110 import the text file

Also there is a software Enhancement for 9210 you can install it ,, its free from nokia and you can transfere it bu IR

Thank U 4 Ur help, but how can I export contacts as a text file?
Using contacts manager, I can only export contacts as a CSV file
