CONTACT SERVICE with all of yours files for 3315...

I don't understand...

First, i was save all of my BIOS... PPM+MCU with Rolis Flasher

After, i was tryed to flash with yours files but... always "CONTACT SERVICE" and all of files what i can find on the net doing the same problem... I don't understand...

With my original flash, i tryed to edit ringtones with FlashTones (and Ringtoneman) and save the PPM file (with update PPM checksum) but... CONTACT SERVICE... :confused:

I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!

PLEASE HELP ME...

flash the files with rolis flasher 4.78 build 6

MCU first, PPM Second, the file names should contain the start adresses for the files.

If its a MCU+PPM file combined, then just flash from 00200000

If its a wintelsa file, select the phone from the drop down list in rolis and use the MCU Load (under the main tool bar) button to load the MCU file and the PPM Load button (under the main tool bar) to load the PPM and the flash button should be activated on the right of the rolis window.

this will correctly flash your phone, and if you EEPROM is intact and not currupt then you should not get contact service.

I was used Rolis Flasher version 4.77... it's the prob???

the PPM and MCU files in the software section was make for Wintesla??? I tring to open with LOAD MCU and LOAD PPM but errors...

LOAD MCU: 1245184 mcu size expected, but 1310720 opened.
LOAD PPM: Incorrect PPM Image, bas start characters at adress: 000000. Must be 0x0B.

I actually download Rolis Flasher 4.78 Build 6... I will trying with it...

you know what is my problem???

now... my phone auto switch off and i don't have network...

but with Nokia Tools 1.8 i was done in order:

Update FAID
Clear SP Lock
Change IMEI
Clear SP Lock
Update FAID

can i use virgin EEPROM software??? for erase my EEPROM??? it will be the pb???

After use Virgin EEPROM... I will recalculate IMEI? and MsID?? what will i do after??

if you want i will send you a full flash of 3315....

i think your 3310 must have ROM6

as far as im aware all the 3310`s have a rom6 chip in them so thats not a problem to upgrade it to a 3315

look i have made once time a 3310 to 3315. so it was succesfully. and i thought maybe its from the ROM like 8210.

my cables don't work with some software (EEPROM TOOLS Jordik, BPHREAK,...)

Only Nokia Tools 1.8 by Rolis and PC LOCALS....
