Upgrading software on 6210

I just got my F/MBUS cable, and unlocked my phone - WHEHEW!!!
Anyway, I am a total newbie, so I have to hit you guys up for tips...

After unlocking, I noticed I am running v03.04 (06-10-00) --very old... I know there are up to v5+...

I want to know how to upgrade, where to download, etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need a flash-cable to upgrade, I´m sorry to say.
