I've just bought two datacables for my 3510i from gsmsupply.co.uk. They said me they are FBUS/MBUS serial data cable. I plugged each one of them in my phone but I can't let them communicate with my pc. Neither Logomanager or OPM2 recognize my phone. I tried with a friend of mine phone with same results...

Well, I've something to do in order to make them work or are just the cables corrupt?

Since I live in Italy refund is not a good solution, due to high postal fees. But i may consider to open the connector a see if i can do something to make it work, but i need schematics, where i can find them eventually?

Thanx,
Andrea

Probably you wont need that.. i have also a 3510i with a data cable and my results were the same..

It seems that XP has some problems with Serial Port Software.. (in simple terms) so it bloks the ports... also OPM2.. advises in their forum some botherboard's dont support FBUS trough Xp, 2003 Server or NT..

I have an old pc.. so i went there (it has win 98... ) and Cha Ching.. ;) problem solved...

Hope i gave u some help :)
