Cable Unlocking of 6200

Looks like I need a cable unlock but what's the process? Is it
matter of hooking a cable to the phone and the RS232 or USB port
of a computer and running a program? If so what's the correct
cable for a 6200 and what program? Thanks in advance!

The 6200 is a dct4 phone NOT dct3/2

Please post in the correct sections
