There seems to be a problem with your code generator for DCT3 phones. My software is calculating a totally different code for lock one, and I've checked the codes that my software is creating against others in a different forum and they are the same and they definatly work, cause we get feedback form the people we supply them to! Your lock 2 generator is spot on though, which is strange to say the first one isn't
