Best Answering Machine??

Which one is the best answering machine?
I'm lookin for the following featurres.


1.To take my call when I dont pick up after a specified period of time

2.To screen it before picking up, if it's from a blacklisted number then play him a pre recorded message which i record in my voice (smthin like...out of coverage area)

3. If it's from a person other than ones in blacklist, then allow them to leave a message...

4. If it's from an earmarked number ( lets say my gf) then play her a special msg that i've recorded exclusively for that number.

5. Also record conversations while i'm talkin on fone


Any thing out there that can handle it or comes closest ???

SmartAnswer for answering machine....

PowerDictaphone for recording convos and calls (unlimited time too)

and theres a few programs that do blacklist/whitelist functions...
