Is there an app which can show you the direction of other devices connected tou you?I mean something like a map

Bluetooth is only for wireless data transmission, so it's not a software problem but a hardware prob.

I once read on a forum that there are Devices/gadgets who are specially made to "BlueHunt". Ill try to find the post and ask the poster about it.
