T616 AT&T Locked Unlocking.

Hello,
I have SE T616 with R1A054 Firmware.
I have the following equipment with me.
Sony Ericsson DataCable (non-SE made)
Total Server Gold 2.92 Build 5 (Unlocking)
Total Server Gold 4.50 (Flashing)
All Possible Versions of DIV. (NO TERMINATOR DONGLE)

T616_Standard_125562_R4C003.arm
T616_US1_125570_R4C003.tsf (Specifically made for Total Server Gold)

My Doubts:
Is Terminator Dongle a must for unlocking or flashing T616?
Can a T616 safely flashed to R6B004 FirmWare to T610?
What are the AVR and ARM and GDFS Files ?
What are Main Flash Files and Modem Flash Files ?

The Primary Objective:
To unlock the phone so it works here in India on Orange Network.

Secondary Objective:
To flash the phone to latest t616 firmware or latest t610 firmware.

Tertiary Objective:
To fully understand what Modem Flash Files, Main Flash Files, GDFS, AVR and RAM Files are.

This is a very knowledgeable forum and so i thought it best to get my doubts clarified here. :D
