3650 cable unlocking

Hi all

I would like to know what hardware/software do I need to unlock the 3650 by cable.

I could not unlock my remotely because the previous owner had tried and failed.

U need any dct4 flashing device except the cheap china one.
U need for ex. Griffin,Matrix,Tornado,Twister,AFD,Prodigy........

That devices are from about 150€ up to 350-400€. Depends if they are USB or LPT devices. With any of that device u can unlock any nokia phone,flash it for software repair or just for upgrading sw or changing language. That are most importatnt functions of this software.If u mean to spend less money buy prodigy or griffin if u want to spend more money then buy ufs2 or twister.U need to pay more money for last 2 devices because they also can flash/unlock some other types of phone as SE,samsung,motorola acer. griffin can also do SE,siemens,panasonic,maxon,telit,siemens etc etc,but u will need to pay more money for that functions.
Now u can choose yourself.
