I have a phone that a nokia 3390 that the sim card is show that rejected i need the codes are no how to get it fix.

SIM CARD REJECTED doesnt mean that the phone is LOCKED.
SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED means that the phone is LOCKED. Sim card rejected menas that your card/phone has some fault in it.Hardware or software.
