unlocking 3330

I have a nokia 3330 v4.50 with locks 1 and 4 closed.
Is there a way to unlock my phone without flashing?

p.s:
i have lock 4 closed, but i have already used other sim cards than mine and I had no problems. is it posible that this lock does nothing?

i'm going to buy an F/MBUS cable, but i'm not sure if there is any program that can unlock phones with version 4.50.
can you tell me the name of your program?
