I use to flash with griffin v1.983 the procedure is as follows,
"Initializing Phone.
Erasing Flash Failed
Make sure phone is connected and powered
err codes [11:0000]

Cant set phone mode no communication with phone power on manually press Ok

whats wrong with my griffin since is ma first time to use?

whats wrong with my griffin since is ma first time to use? sounds like phone connection problems. Did you try "detect phone" first? Also have you been into www.griffinbox.com yet to update software as v2.082 now available and manual on using griffinbox. :)
