3410: Vpp is What for?

I think i screw it up(3410) using the Vpp connection(i gave it +5V)
What can go wrong, if you give +5V--- to Vpp?
Please Help... :>

isn't indicate to use vpp conection to 3410 because the +5v is taken from batterie
for what reason u used a external vpp?
if isn't applayed good bu can dammage some circuits

I used the VPP because cable wasn't working :<
But I now know that the problem was not with the VPP.
So I screw it up.Phone isn't working(cable is good now with another(good) phone)

Any hope it will work again? :-?
