LG BD 2030 ESN changer problem

I've used UniCDMA 1.095, old LG ESN Writer and new LG ESN Writer for Win with my LG BD 2030 but still can only read ESN and all data but cannot change receiving error about "phone is write protected". Please tell me how this can be? Phone firmware is BD2TSP03 (Dec 17 2003 18:00:00).

P.S. Cable and drivers are ok -- I've successfully changed ESN at LG BD 4000 with same hardware few times.

Send the phone the MSL. Try to change the MSL to 0s and maybe next time u wont have to authenticate first. Use the old dos software not windm.

you can do it with winDM. you must look at the msl in the eeprom.

I had successfully written ESN and MIN in LG RD2030. but I had some problems to find out the new ESN and calculate the MIN ....? bcoz Reliance India mobile have some droback in there WLL Phone ?
