2100 "Insert Sim card" displayed

Hey there.

I seem to have a problem with my phone which i got 2nd hand not long ago. I cant seem to get a sim card to work in it from any service provider, all it comes up with is "Insert Sim card" on the screen.

Does anyone have any idea? should I try and take it apart and see if i can do anyhting? :(

try to change the sim card reader

Reheat power chip /CCONT/ ..This wiil do the job.../and first check sim reader for bad solders/
