C45, which shows Call Barred

I have a C45, which shows Call Barred each time when i want to make a call, Is there any way to solve it? Please advice

Hmm...

On a Nokia you can go to the cal settings and un-bar calls, or ring up your network provider and tell them you don't want to bar your calls anymore...

I think i agreed with Shidoshi,
Reset all the feature of ur to default setting and try to inqiure from ur network.

Hmm...

Sure, you can do that, it's the most complex way of ressetting the defaults but works...
