FBUS v0.25 problems

I'm trying reset the security code on my Nokia 6800a using FBUS .25 and a DKU-5 cable.
However, whenever I clikc "read" I get the error "8020 cannot read comm port" whether I set the port to COM1 or COM2 in the windows XP device manager.

You CANNOT use a DKU-5 cable.

You MUST use a standard FBUS cable that fits under the battery.

That is why you are having problems.

Anyways, can you give me a model number so I can be sure I get the right cable?

just ask for 6800 mbus fbus cable.The seller must know what u are talking about.
