Hi,
I have a problem with the sound on my 3650. when i use to record movies with the philips camcorder it use to have sound but now when i replay the movies the sound starts then stops after a second. Its weird because when i make a phone call the person that i ring can hear me and i can hear them and when i play a movie( in .3gp or .rm format) there is also no problem with the sound. I have tried a factory reset and i thought it would do somthing but its still the same. Any ideas? This is really starting to bug me!

I hope you guys have some ideas.

If you are using a cheap MMC then that is the problem. Try recording to the phone memory and see if that works.

try using philips camcorder PRO 3.6.7.. PRO 3.6.7
for some reason... it is able to render all the sound into the clip after finished capturing... as a result it takes longer to save a video clip to the memory than 3.74 and 3.75.. but with sound playing all the way thru the clip... ^o^

i notice during capturing, there r still time remaining eventhough the progress bar indicates it is full....Therefore ( i guess ) 3.6.7 will reserve sufficient space for this video/audio rendering process.

I m using N3650 v 2.16 (lol classic~~ )... n i experienced the sound cut-off problem like u guys when i m using 3.74 n 3.75... so i spend a day to figure out why... haha... finally i found 3.6.7 works for me... hahaha..
now i become a happy person again... :)

Try to record using your old 16mb MMC and if not fixed the problem is from your phone or the firmware version (((and if fixed the problem from your MMC)))((I assume, we are just making tests, and the strange thing that it sometimes works with some and doesn't with others)), I'm using Philips camcoder pro 3.7.5 a long time and I had this problem, because I have less than 1mb free in my MMC ((I keep a lot of things in my MMC)), but when I delete some data it gone

I post about this in the past and I reply myself about the solution, so you can fix this problem alone
