Couple of questions regarding nokia 5510?

hi im new at this and im trying to find out wat kinda cable and program i can get to change this flash stuff, i hope i can use the standard cable that came with it the one for the mp3 player. can anyone help im in australia so any body no where i can buy a cable?

ok thanks so i think i need a flash cable, wats a data cable then? i see some on ebay for sale and yeh they dont say much about them.
