mobile 3310 clip not working

i have connected my 3310 to my clip then connected to my m-bus cable but my progs say check cable this only happens with my 3310 i have no problems with the other clips maybe a connection problem

check the pins on the heads has could be the cable end to phone were the pins are damage

Try to:

1 - Clean the four contacts
2 - See if all the pins are at the same level
3 - Unscrew the four screw and search for bad contacts on solded wires

A comum problem with these is that the use tends to unlevel the pins and then they dont touch the 4 points in the PCB.

It could be also a preloader error but I dont understand enought to give you an advice in this matter.
