Well, I use total Psiloc IrRemote, its the best one I know so far. Get if from #mediaplace

install into your phone memory and not your MMC to get it working

Once you've installed it, and registered it ( by what ever means neccessary ) go the psiloc.com read the blah blah for total ir remote, theres a link to remotecentral.com, use that site to find the codes which aren't in the programme.... like most jvc products. you may need the philips pronto software to edit the ccf files ( chuck out the art work ) then tfr to yoiur handy. The psiloc site explains in more detail.... or search these forums, there should be enough instruction now to publish a book on the topic.

call me dumb !!! But i got on to the prodram typed in Toshibs tv but once i select a button it says select command so i do . Then it comes up with (no data)

well did u download any ccf files as scoby said???

anyways before that u can just try the premate toshiba (its toshiba right?) tv and see if it works... so select it from the list... the program wont recognize it if u type it!! it aint that smart... if the premade doesnt work then download a ccf file from www.remotecentral.com and send them to ur phone

i have selected command and it has come up with a load of buttons .

What now??? i have not got a clue how it works.

have u imported all the files from the ccf to the program?? if u havnt, do it
by opening the ccf file in ur inbox, and selecting all the compands and then choosing import. then close it and open the program the normal way

in the menu selct new device - user device - tv

then it will come up with the remote background and press on button "1" and select the command for "1" that u imported.

if u dont know which one it is/they all have the same name then u just gotta try and see what the commands are and place them in the right buttons.

i even deleted and installed it all again but the second time i installed it on my phone it could not even to open the program
