hello,

i am using 3 programms to upload wallpapers to my 6610: data fone suite, nokia pc suite, and mobimb. when i upload using data fone suite, the wallpapers look really nice. when i use the other 2, the wallpapers appear bad. the colors and definition and resolution are terrible. why is this so?? anyone having the same results?

very strange... is there an edit tool in data fone suite to make the picture the right size for your phone and you're using that? I've never used that software to be sure really... always used mobimb.

Check the image is at 128x128 resolution (shrink and crop the image if need-be to make it look good etc), and then just upload with mobimb. that should in theory work fine tbh as its the exact same way I used to upload to my own 6610

thank you for your reply... but yes, every wallpaper i make is 128x128 and still get those results. i even uploaded the same picture twice using pc suite and fone suite. same pixels and same everything, except quality... strange, huh?
