I'm looking to buy a data cable for my 3330 to flash it etc, would this cable be suitable?

SPECIFICATIONS

* Fully MBus, FBus and DAU-9P compatible.
* Standard 9 pin connection to PC.
* Supports transfer rates up to 115200 Kbps.

I've read about MBus, M/FBus etc and it's confused me, any advice would be appreciated.

I've looked into flash cables over the past few hours and I've decided the best thing to do is make my own, they're pretty expensive to buy online. Anyone got a recommended schematic? Not for a dual M/Fbus and flash cable, just a flash cable.
