3100 unlocking

I have a nokia 3100 and have put code #7 into my phone 5 times and guess what? phone restriction cannot be lifted!
silly cow or what!

anyway.... i have a data cable that fits onto the bottom of my phone, (no pins under battery) and would like to know what software can be used to unlock the phone?

there is no free software for what u are asking.

just go to a service point to fix it for u

sorry for being thick but what do you mean when you say service point? do you mean contacting a nokia service centre?
