3310 charging problem

nokia 3310 shows charging even if the charger is removed and the set is switched off and turned on again.

I have had loads of them do that usually after they have had liquid in them, never found a cure but someone else may know?

flush ccont ic with pure alcohol and see what happens[after its dryed thoroughly].let me know if that doesnt work :) fix
