How to repair "battery emty" and "!" problems

Well I succesfully fixed 7-8 phones with this problem last two weeks..
Well the steps:
1. U need siemens battery tool, hot air station, new PA, good working battery parameters saved
2.Change PA
3.Upload battery parameters

Its a big thing in top right on the back side..with signature 08112...

i have repaired a lot too, but i only replace the PA, it usually is cracked (broken).
