can i change IMEI without use cables?
i mean use only codes...

No you can't change IMEI without direct cable connection

..and for dct4 models even a cable is not enough. you need hardware raplacements inside the phone, and flashing equipment capable of programming the new chip, like griffin box.

Yes, you can. You just need some $$, and there are other people who will do it for you ;)

Will give you the IMEI of the phone, minus the last security digit. If you need that then either use software and cable to tell you, or alternatively there is an IMEI calc available (can't remember the name though).
