Unfortunately, my son's Panasonic EB-G60 ended up in our washing machine!
I dried it off immediately using compressed air and left it in the airing cupboard for over 24 hours before switching it on again.
It now works intermittently, so I suspect the electronics is fine but there may be some contact that needs cleaning with acetone or equivalent solvent.
I tried taking it apart to clean it, but cannot see what to do without breaking the case after removing the four screws under the battery.
Has anyone had experience of separating the two shells of this model? If so, I would be very grateful for any advice as to how to proceed.
Thankyou.

p.s. My local O2 phone shop (U.K.) were particularly rude and unhelpful and refused even to return it to Panasonic.
