normal, upgrade flash always FAID how come when i edit even a very small thing doesn't get signal. change ppm pack but doesn't work also

Hi,

Well indeed, the blacklist is growing:

3310-503/513
3330-430/450
and now: 5210-516!

All due to 'other' flash checksum calc, leading to bad faid.
I'm sorry.

too bad its my unit well anyway its a very nice Dct3 phone compared to other.

Does that mean that those models aren't even possible to upgrade/downgrade?

can i downgrade a 3330 4.30 to 3.05, and then edit the phone?

Hi,

Sure U can up/downgrade.
The files U use already have a good Flash chk value.

After U recalced on that file, like after modifications, then the sheet begins.
Feel free to use any version that is not listed.

So if i i upgrade to a "compatible" version, there won't be any trouble if i modify that flashfile?

Is it really a problem then?

you have to answere... :)

a guy will send me his phone if i can fix some things for him. but his phone is 3330 v4.50. can i downgrade the phone, then modify?

yes mate down grade to about 4.12 or lower i`ve used 3.12 on my old 3330 you might find the games will freeze just flash virgin eeprom

i changed this on mine

modified flash for 3330 v3.12

menu > 3330
choose > takt29
keypad locked > keypad frozen
keypad active > keypad melted
press unlock and then * > press takt29 and then *
now press * > now touch *
messages > my mail
type message > type bullshit
no message in inbox > no bullshit in inbox
no message in outbox > no bullshit in outbox
opening message > opening package
sending message > sending .virus.
message recieved > oi you message
calling > buzzing
tones > mp3`s
settings > tool box
charging > boosting

all tones changed to those on a 5210 + 1 from 8210

signal and battery indicators changed

but that leads to a new problem... finding a older version...
I have tried about 10 sites, but they only have v4.50.


Have someone got MCU+PPM pack A for 3330?
