Remote control for s40

Anyone know any application for s40 phone for using IrDA in phone as remote control for TV???

How many times has this been said now I wonder.

THERE WILL NEVER BE A IR REMOTE FOR THE S40'S

The java runtime DOES NOT have access to most of the phones hardware (only GPRS access).
