:-? Hi there, wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying to unloack my 8310e (orange), but I keep getting the follwing after putting in the "unlock codes". Either "Code Error" or "Cannot undo restriction" - any help would be great thanks.

HAVE YOU PUT IN 1ST 2 CODES IF THIS FAILS SOME1 HAS TRIED BEFORE YOU TOO MANY TIMES WILL HAVE TO BE DIRECT CABLE UNLOCK

Yes - I put in the 1st two code. Would have been me (was mine from new). How do you do a direct cable unlock, plus what do you need?

you need data cable and programme or unlocking clip
