unlock sonyericson t300

hy ppl , wich soft can i use to unlock an sony ericsson t300 , i can use the div terminator to unlock it but can i use a free soft and a normal mbus cable to unlock it??? if i can or if exists a free soft wich soft can i use to do it
please need help to unlock it , sony ericson its a kind of phone that i dont now much informations about it
