Hi,
A while ago I posted a thread about Nokia charging me for trying (and failing) to download a game onto my 6100 even though they did not support the network I'm on. Anyway, this thread is related, but not going over the same ground.
Since having failed to download the game, I've now got a 'game' in my games folder called 'Unknown'. Trying to delete it on the phone just results in an 'Action Failed' message. If I try and delete it using my data cable, I get an error saying that the file is protected.
Does anyone know if there's a way I can totally reset the memory on my phone to get rid of this (selecting Retore Factory Defaults doesn't work)? All I got from Nokia when I asked them was a standard email saying to take my phone to a Nokia Repair centre.
