7250i infra red problem

i own 2 7210i phones,, i can use 1 of the phones on infra red no problem,, but when i come to use the 2nd one the pc just won`t recongnise that its there,,

does anyone know what could be wrong.. thanks

just open it up and clean the IR lenses with alcohol solution, if that doesnt help the ask Fixmup, he will know whats wrong with it

Got a question - where is the infrared lense located on the 7250i??

I can't seem to find it! Heh I see everyone here talkinga bout using it but I tried to enable the infrared on my phone and put it near a laptop, turning my phone on every sides and cant seem to get it connected!

its on top the opposit side of the powerbutton the black thing there...

try doing this try connecting bouth phones to eatchouter with IR and se if they find eatchother.... i dont think its the hardware... what computer program do u use nokia pc suite?
