j2k (themerizer owner) thinks that the price may be extremely small (in comparison to what it can do) at just $9.99. I see many people saying they want the 6600 etc because it does themes. So you would rather pay over $500 instead of $10 and this lil' program will make your 7650/N-Gage/3650 look identical to the real themes?

If youd still rather get a 6600 for just themes then i would say your mad!

Its your money though, so do what you want. Camera on the 6600 isnt that great either.

any way ,ur program will b cracked as soon as it is released...and thats a fact and u know it
but still ....u can rely on those pepole who would pay fot the prog rather than using cracked versions...and they r many..( and that is what all other software developers do)...so ur work will not go in vain

no offence.. but frankly i dun see the point in getting themes for s60s.
had a 6600.... but went for sx1... im living fine without themes.
i dun miss it... i dun need it....

It supports Nokia S60 devices. You're right, the SX1 is S60, but it's Siemens, not Nokia, so it's not supported.

Not many s/w in the market are written specifically for sx1. but if its compatible with 3650 or the 7650, sx1 users will be able to use it. depending on clashes with programme.

But u talk as if its only written for "nokia". so any order brands can go suck and egg???
when u wrote this programe. did u enforce a rule in it that it wont work on any handset of series 60 except nokia?

Just the layout. I only had a Nokia phone afterwards and it was great. It was the Nokia 7250 (S40). Then I want to a wicked Nokia 6600 (S60) and had a fiddle with the N-Gage (S60) to see what it felt like and back to 6600.

I thought Siemens SX1 already has themes feature. Or does it not?

nk_au@ reason i changed to siemens. stereo sound, radio mp3s.Still symbian.
Reasons why i wuz willing to give up my beloved 6600, coz nokia's sadly farking with us... lol... dun mean to be rude.. but theres always a new update of a symbian model soon after u purchase the latest...
for example. soon after changing my 7650 for 3650 (mmc)!! news released the 6600, less than 4mths and 6600's in the market. 3650 price drops rock bottom... sell 3650 pay extra for 6600.... then they released a better version with edge? cant remember the model though. and now news of 7610. since the released of 6600 its hardly half a year and they tempt u with new ones. cant they juz get it rite the 1st place?
man... i've spent soo much on nokia's.... to me i had enuf. though its still an excellent fone, many times im tempted to get back to my 6600 when my sx1 crashed.... (what that crashes... u cant even on the bloody fone!!)

Btw, the announced phone with EDGE that is similar to the 6600 .... is the bloody 6620!

It's not a case of bias, it's a case of themes having to be implemented differently for each phone (7650s use a different way to 3650s for example - proof of this is the problem experienced when installing WildSkinz) - and I don't have the time, nor money, to spend on acquiring a Siemens SX1, and then have to make a specific version for it.

Hence Themerizer will only support the 7650, 3650 and N-Gage. As a safety precaution, you will not even be able to install the themes on any other devices.

if u really like symbian, wait a while... many other companies are catching on the symbian wave.... panasonic clamshell symbian, samsung.....
thought its interface may not be as idiot proof as nokia (y idiot proof? tze, where we live, even aunties and uncles loves nokia... no stress in usage)LOL
But im sure we'd learn how to use other interface juz like we got used to 3650's layout? my sx1 even still a pain in the ass when i wanna type messages fast.. :-P :-P :-P

I'd like to see another phone company catch up to Nokia. Don't have enough money to catch up to nokia, well thats the price you pay for progress. That price is not that much nowadayz anyway, if you predict the trends sell before prices sink you save. Siemens Sx1 doesn't stand up against 7610. No offence, but what a stupid colour choice, snot green. There is a reason why hardly any phones are green.
