Problems unlocking 3310 on orange

Got code from this site for 3310 on UK Orange No 350104202358228 and put it in. Message confirmed restriction off. However on trying 2 different O2 sims message reads SIM NOT ACCEPTED. Put in code again & message reads SIM NOT RESTRICTED however O2 cards remain unaccepted. Could I have some help please.

you have to unlock the gid1 lock as well, calculate the code but for provider put 0000, and when you get the final code then enter it into ur phone ending with +2#
