Why is it that the 3390 seems to be the hardest phone to unlock.

I bought this phone under t-mobile service.

My IMEI is: (removed)
Type: NPB-1RB
Model: 3390b
If any one could get me the unlock code I'd be greatful!

Im not sure but the 3390 is possibly the same as 3310
