Hi there i was wondering if it is possible to unlock an USA Cingular LG 4010 or 4050 gsm phone to be used in canada on rogers wireless gsm. And i'm sorry if i posted this in the wrong place as this was the only place i saw anything to do with LG. There is only the 4010 avalable on Rogers at this time.

Is it possible to remove the provider restriction thru Settings-secrity settings-Sim locks -network -deactivate- and punch in the appropriate restriction code?

I don't know how to get that code but here's how you get to the menu:
