Will wildpalm or anyone release a Gameboy advance games emulator to play GBA roms as this would be really really cool. I already have need for speed, premier manager and all these gba roms and just wish it could be played on the N-gage or 6600. Hopefully some company will be developing a GBA emulator.

I hope they release one too, none have been released as yet, but when I think about it I don't think that one will ever be released for N-Gage or 6600.

Yeah the quality of the games may be the same, but the GBA games have to be emulated, which required extra processing power, and the N-Gage/6600 does not have that much needed power. What you do want though, is for GBA ports for the N-Gage/6600.

well in pc spec you need minimum a 350 mhz and 32 mb ram to play gba games in full speed so i think it wont be released in on todays phone but maybe the newer one with more cpu and ram hardware 8-)

sry to dissapoint u guys but its impossible
6600 and n-gage have a little more than 100mhz i think and 10 and 14mb ram so its impossible. and the gba screen is twice as wide as s60 screens so the ratio would be totaly unplayable anyways

well! when i, or maybe i should say if, get a flash card for my gba sp ill play gba roms, snes roms, nes roms, mastersystem roms and of course movies and mp3 on my gba!!
i think its even better that way coz it has 8-way pad and MUCH wider screen which is perfect for movies! and it only costs the same as 2 - 3 gba games and i can store 16 gba games which run exactly as they would on the original copy!
now.... all i need is a credit card

well, i seen my friend's xda 2, he played some games, and the graphics were darn good. not sure bout cam thou. and he showed me a powerpoint presentation!
it has 400 mhz processor, 128 mb ram. still the same ol 0.3 megapixel cam i assume?
plus, it supports sd card, has bt, irda. (is it stereo?)
but 1 thing im scared of, its kinda more vulnerable, bigger screen, but rather exposed and prone to fatalities....

ok for the XDA-II it has a little 2 words written on it POCKET PC, it is loaded with windows mobile edition 2003, any app that is for pocket pc will run on the XDA-II the XDA-II cam is only 480x640 nothing to shout about but the video on the other hand as it has a 400mhz cpu its frame rate is severly better over 6600/3650 plus you get to choose 3gp/mp4/AVi the avi is well good quality, when i get chance i will upload some sample/comparison pics/videos it supports sd/mmc and sdio cards wav/wma/midi ringtones windows mediaplayer im not gonna tell people to buy this phone although i have no complaints about this phone just look around and do some research

its the psx emulator, not all games are compatible not all can be ripped down to mmc size so its not that great but runs alot all the same.

The majority of the PSone games are barely playable, it's more of a show off thang ;)

well, maybe xda2 still cant emulate most games due to hardware constraints, juz like 3650 having not enough ram to play most ngage games. maybe.
