I read somwhere that theres an app that reduces the size of files on ur mmc thus increasing its capacity... is this true or plain bullshit ?

yup, try stacker or space doubler. but im not sure they work for app installed on mmc. careful, they might cock up ur fone. they were initially meant for 7650, as it did not haf mmc.

space doubler works on both mmc and phonemem. i never got stacker to work... space double does indeed double ur space and maybe more! sounds good eh? but when u open an app thats compressed it has load for a while... usually between 10 - 20 sec depending on the compression... this is very annoying and thats why i dont use it. u can give it a go if u want. remember to unpack all apps before uninstalling it tho... ur u wont be able to run them at all

Yeah. i'd only use space doubler on a 7650 with no MMC. I put it on my 3650, and while it gave me 4mb extra on my 32mb mmc, the extra time stuff takes to load got on my nerves. Still, its an app that has its uses.

yo!

my phone's doing really great recently until i used stacker.

im using nokia 3650 and after installing stacker, i archived all the apps installed in my MMC in my stacker.

after that, i CAN'T ACCESS some of the applications, most of which comes in big size, although some (like systemtools) which have small size are accessible.

i'm just wondering what will happen if i erase the stacker now? i can't even access stacker just like other applications because it says "SYSTEM ERROR"

any advice, tip, or trick??

thanks!!!!!

dont delete the app!! else those compressed ones wun work.

try, reinstalling the app again, uncompress them, den delete the stacker.
