View Full Version : Flashing E715 prob. with Optiflash

When I go to "read" my firmware, optiflash brings up the following error message: Sorry an error has occured! (ERR_FLASHTYPE).

What does this mean? What am I doing wrong?

u're using the wrong optiflasher...or u have wrong settings on it

Yep, you're right, wrong optiflasher, got the right one and backed up the existing REV E7 1.6 firmware and then flashed it with E75UVWL2 Firmware. To tell you the truth, I prefer the original firmware so I went back to it.

I've heard there is a K4 firmware? what's it like? Where can I get it?
