Pls Help 9210 problem comm.!!!

hey watz guys..

i want you to help me to my simple problem ...

i want to transfer a file or an appilcation through my 9210 through infrared but when i send it showing that error communication ... you know what i do i direct the file and click it to send by infrared.. ...

did i use any software or special software for this one...

second thing anybody where can i find a application for my mobile......

Yes I have same problem with my comminicator. I never backuped via Irda. I always use com port cable.

check the speed of the infrared connection of your PC... it should be at 38400 only... if its too fast, your communicator will not recognize it... are you Filipino?

I have same pb with IR and with USB/Com cable (my new laptop don't have COM).
I have tried to solve it with Nokia support.
Agenda synchronization is working but not backup. Backup failed because (?? it seem) time out pb.
We have tested all speed configuration.
We have tested upgrade of W2000 sp
No success :sad:
Anyone have a suggestion

guys need some attention...

we have problem to connect the 9210 to pc... ive try the IR but no LUCK..

I buy a serial port Cable but still i did not conect to my phone...

what is the best to do plss do guide us...
