Sega Rally "delayed indefinitely"

After being promised by our Official UK N-Gage Supplier that Sega Rally would be out on April 9th, we have now been informed that it has been "delayed indefinitely", and that there have been no further announcements at this time. Marcel Desailly Pro Soccer is still supposedly due for the April 9th.

Doesn't Nokia understand that no games means no success which means decrease of popularity? Plus the fact that the N-Gage started with a medium or low popularity anyway!

Imagine the XBox, with only 15 games released. And more planned games are going to come out in a FEW months!

i dont think nokia would do such a thing... there are still many ppl buying the games... and all kinds of games are beeing cracked. just look at myth, class, deviance and all those other cracking groups who crack pc games, they wont stop publishing those coz of that. even console games are cracked... and they are out on the net for every1 to download for free. like on www.suprnova.org

Offcourse, the fact that only about 10% of the N-Gagers actually BUY their games, the remaining 90% is foolish enough to just download a simple crack and that's it for them.

In the PC bizz more people Buy the games these days than that they have it cracked (In general). Mainly cos u can't go Online with the cracky versions and with Original u can. And what is more fun than mulitplayer? Mass MultiPlayer!


And N-Gagers before turning ur anger to Nokia, look at what you have on your N-Gage for free?

In fact it's not more than normal that games are being delayed (probebly not enough funds), without people buying games they'll obviously don't write more...

And they already know Sega Rally got delayed for half a year, this happens with so many games, the temporary dates are just to keep the hype going, and to prevent people from buying other games,(wich there aren't).



Anyway, i ordered an N-gage a few weeks ago still haven't heard of it, and no way im gonna call em. It would be a true waste of money...

At the end of the day, my ngage is used as an mp3 player.

Took the 128mb out of my 3650, and put the 32mb in the 3650.

Ngage runs nicely with a couple of ngage games (sonic n, monkey ball) which i've finished but got nothing better to play. A great mp3 player though, which charges off the same charger as my phone

Got it for £25 in effect so i'm not complaining, but would be nice to have one good driving game.

Most people off the street won't be using cracked games, but then again most people off the street who own an ngage probably have one game and thats it :S

its' no success means no games... why would they put out more games on the system that will hardly sell on a system that has totally flopped

Nobody really knows for sure what the people at Nokia are thinking. Let's just hope that they release some more games.

Although, I really wouldn't care because my N-Gage is now my MP3 player.
