View Full Version : Phone can't turn on and reflashing doesn't work

Hi

I have two nokia 6210's. I flashed both of them to version 5.56.
One of them is fine, but the other one refuses to turn on.

On another post, someone mentioned flashing the original back onto the phone but when I try to do that with the Rolis DCT3 flasher , I get a message saying the RAM is bad?

Any ideas?

6210 is DCT3.

Besides, the one fone is working perfectly.

I just managed to reflah the other phone with a backup.
Now it doesn want to allow me enter the sim pin

mm.. sorry, i read 6310..
well, the phone ram can be bad.. sometimes rolis knows :)
try old flash, if it works and then back new?

Well,
I've managed to put the backup firmware on the phone using rolis. But It won't allow me to put the pin in. It won't accept any input. After a hard reset, It won't turn on for a while.

I connected to a charger and it started charging for a minute and then froze.

I suspect there some hardware problem.

Hmm...

Could be. You might need to clean the phone 'n' reflow it :)
Check with the hardware section.

was the phone opened what i mean is did you touch the hardware after flashing??? try using dejan 1.05 works for me sometimes.. if it doesnt work try to hot air the ram,still doesnt work, replace the ram surely it'll work... :)
