My lovely mobile Nokia 6100 is dead.I want to repair it.
But the flash of Nokia 6100 which is K5U64418T manufactured by SAMGSUNG is not only terribly expensive ,neither is not available!! So I would like to take a try to use the other flash to take the place of it.
Now I am dying to have one flash 's datasheet.Do u have the datasheet of the flash K5U64418TM,which is used in the NOKIA 6100?

i don't think that datasheets of this are public, but you should take a look to samsung website and send them a mail.... anyway i don't think they will reply... sorry
