Hi I'm trying to send a 4meg video from my Nokia 6600 to my mates 7600 via bluetooth. he has 28megs free but for some reason when I try and send the video his phone comes up with an error saying that there isn't enough free memory. Does ne1 know how to stop this happening? Cheers

Hi,

What is happening is that the Nokia 7600 has a cache for incoming files of about 1MB. You have 28MB free but the phone writes to the cache before it writes to the memory. Your best bet is to send via infra-red.

Cheers for the help buddy but unfortunately the same problem occurs when trying to use infra-red. Anybody else have any ideas on how to get around this memory problem? :-?
