Tryed to unlock an MT55 v17 without success, help me.

I've tryed this MT50 v17 phone to unlock it, but without any success.

kSie5.1 say bootcode 3 doesn't proper or something like this.

Freia 8,9 say the phone doesn't power on.

When kSie say waiting for power on, and i press the power button on
the phone it's ok the prg sense the press of the button.

But Freia and some other soft, doesn't work

Why?

Please help me on this.
