Problem with NvTool

I have the korean version.I'm trying to read the phone and I get this:
Com1:38400 bps-success
NvRead-Fail

what does it mean? why can't I read the phone?

Is there an english version of NVTOOL?

Thank you verry much
your soft run 1000% but it only can work on phone run at 38400 for example LG... don't work on samsung because samsung run at 57k.
And before connect you much change your phone in to DM mode.
