3210 reprogramming

Did know anyone how I can reprogram eeprom at Nokia 3210 ?
What software need to do this ?
It is necessary to desolder the chip from phone mainboard ?

you have to de-solder the eeprom chip first and attach it to the eeprom reader. use pony programmer to re-program your eeprom.
